CANCELLATION POLICY
- Following an initial trial or consultation lesson fees are payable via online banking monthly in advance. An invoice will be provided by the teacher.
- A full refund of the lesson fee will only be paid if no less than 24 hours notice is given by the student. Only 50% of the lesson fee will be refunded if fewer than 24 hours notice is given.
- Any lesson cancelled by Singing Centre Nantwich for any reason will be rescheduled.
- Susan is certified under the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB)
